I've been working in 3 dimensions since I started carving ivory soap with
a nail file when I was a teenager. Now I work in bronze and mixed media. Imagery includes figures, animals and found
objects. My current obsession is globes and maps and book pages. I like mice, elephants, bubble wrap, doll eyes. I like
the secret places, the story behind, the inside of things, the dark side, the underside.
I also have a doll business, since 1978. So, I work in these three media: cloth, paper,
bronze. Soft, medium and hard.
